The Cube

Moshe a 70 year old grandpa.
After several years of personal challenges pain' he reached out to us to renovate his new apartment and tailor it to his needs.
The apartment presented several challenges. A dining area sat awkwardly between the living room and bedrooms, and the kitchen and bathrooms were divided in to small, fragmented sections by numerous diagonal walls. the goal was to create a functional and inviting space that supported Moshe's life style and brought light and openness into the apartment.
A key transformation was the addition of a transparent office, allowing Moshe to work from home while brightening the hallway leading to the bedrooms, turning it in to a pleasant entry way. In the kitchen, a glass backsplash was installed above the stovetop. we suggested adding a personal touch by inscribing a meaningful quote or recipe. Moshe loved the idea and chose to inscribe a hand written sushi recipe from his late daughter, preserving her memory in the heart of the home.
