The Boutique Apartment

Aya and Avi, a couple with three daughters, wanted their six-room apartment transformed into a five-room boutique-style home.

The design focused on creating a luxurious and inviting space that reflects both their preferences.

The master suite became a spacious retreat with a built-in makeup vanity and a custom storage bench. The challenge was balancing Aya’s desire for a classic aesthetic with Avi’s preference for a clean, modern look.

The result is a perfect blend: a boutique apartment featuring custom carpentry combined with brass and stainless-steel elements, achieving a rich yet minimalistic design. Classic touches like ceiling cornices and concrete floors add depth and character. Above all, the apartment was designed to be a sacred and welcoming space—a home that the family is always happy to return to, filled with warmth and comfort that reflects their unique style.
